Depending on the work, LPB's approach may include contractor competency checks, inductions, SWMS and risk-assessment review, permit coordination, access planning, inspections, housekeeping, hazard escalation, defect management and close-out.
Competent Contractors
Coordinate suitable trades and required licensing or competencies for specialist work.
Documentation
Support permits, SWMS, risk assessments and project/site records as required.
Site Inspections
Monitor hazards, access, housekeeping, progress, defects and issues requiring action.
Quality Control
Review workmanship, finishes and presentation and coordinate defect close-out.
Handover
Complete defects, remove waste, finalise records and leave the area ready for use.
